In response to the travel limitations and restrictions resulting from the ongoing pandemic, the PAP has initiated the application for Electronic Certificate of Good Standing via Google forms to continue serving all its members.
This online request form is expected to lessen delays, if not avoid, and expedite E-CoGS issuance since all necessary details are already in the form.
PAP will only grant E-CoGS requests of members who will comply with the following requirements:
1. Must be an active PAP member (settled membership dues for May 2020 – May 2021)
*Member can check this by logging in to their account at pap.ph.
2. Must already have a scheduled online appointment of license renewal with their preferred PRC Regional or Satellite Branch, or Service Center.
*Screenshot of online appointment schedule must also be attached in the form.
